Meet the Team

Our professional and dedicated summer camp and daycare staff play a key role in implementing our enriching programs and supporting our child-centered approach to self-discovery. Many of our instructors are certified teachers in the area, while others are local artists and scientists who have experience working with children. All are passionate about their field and sharing their expertise with your children. Many of our wonderful counselors are previous DaVinci Experience campers who have returned to participate in our Counselor-In-Training Program and Junior Counselor Program.

Learn more about Tianna

Hello, my name is Tianna!

I’ve been a preschool teacher for two and a half years, and I absolutely love teaching! I have such a passion for children’s literature, and am always looking for an opportunity to read books!

I have a bit of a superpower when it comes to getting friends engaged in stories! I’m always very excited to be where I am and you will almost always hear me before you see me! Don’t ask how I got the energy, I’m not entirely sure myself! I would love to put that energy into story writing in the future, and maybe even find myself as the author of a few children’s books.

A quirky little fun fact about me is I can (almost always) read Fox and Socks without getting tongue-tied!

I am certified in First-Aid and CPR, I have my annual Health and Safety certification. I’ve taken a Positive Supports and Challenging behavior course. I am also a certified mandated reporter!

Rosie is graduating from Freeport high school this year, and has had a great passion for children her whole life! She completed two years of an early childhood education class as well as an early childhood college course while in High School. Next Fall Rosie will be studying Elementary Education at the University of Maine Farmington. She can’t wait to see where life takes her! She also loves to be outside whether it’s skiing, biking, hiking or just hanging out, spending time with her friends and family!

Learn more about Olivia

I am passionate about health and fitness! I am currently weight training 4 days a week and training to run my first 5K this summer! I have always loved sports and being active, and during spring, summer, and fall I love to kayak and hike. I’m also very independent and find happiness in blazing my own trail, but I am also able to take a backseat role and allow others to shine. I love to collaborate and fit into almost all social groups.

Right now, I’m completing my bachelor’s degree in early childhood education and continuing to work with infants and toddlers! Eventually I would love to get my masters in early childhood, but one step at a time.

What’s one fun or quirky fact about you? I have changed my major 4 times. I started with Nursing, then Radiology Tech, then Secondary Education English Teacher, and finally Early Childhood Education. However, throughout all of these changes, I nannied and worked with young children as either a primary job or side jobs, and decided it was time to get a degree in the field I love so much!

I am CPR, First Aid, and Health and Safety Certified.
